Pros:
- Very comfortable. No pressure point pain. Like sleeping on a cloud!
- While the mattress is firm it supports the contours of our body.
- The bed has stayed cool even during the last week of hot summer nights.
Cons:
- After 6 to 7 months both sides of the bed developed valleys in them which caused back pain.
- ENDY has not been helpful in facilitating a return.
