How do I login or sign up?
You register by clicking on the ‘Register’ link near the top of the page. You will be asked to choose a username, password and enter a valid email address. In addition there will be some other fields to which you will be invited to respond. Some will be mandatory while others are optional. Once this is complete you will either be fully registered, or in some cases you may have to click on a link in an ‘activation email’ sent to your email address. Once you have done this you will be registered.
Note that entering your email address will not leave you open to ‘spam’, as you can choose to hide it from other board users. You’ll probably be able to allow other registered users to contact you via email, but the system won’t display your email address to them unless you give permission.

I forgot my password! Now what?
If you forget your password, you can click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. This will appear on any page that requires you to fill in your password. This link brings up a page where you should enter your registered email address. An email will be sent to that address shortly, with instructions for resetting your password.

I forgot the email address I used to sign up! What should I do?
If you are attempting to login with an invalid email address a notification will appear informing you that the email was not found in our database. You may want to try other active email addresses if you have more than one. If you continue to experience difficulties

I didn’t receive a verification email upon sign up. What do I do?
First, be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you have not received an email verification email to any of these folders, login to your Save account and click on your username which will appear on the top right corner of the webpage. Then, select ‘Account Settings’. If your account has not yet been verified, please select the ‘Resend’ option which can be found at the top of your Profile page. If you have not received a verification email shortly after.

How do I search for something?
To search for a deal, type in your search query in the search bar at the top of any page on header. You can filter your results on the search result page.

How do I opt out of email notifications?
By clicking on the unsubscribe link in the mail you can opt out of email notifications.
