Pros:

Works great does as expected and value for the money was great.
Removes hard water stains very well. Sanitizes and has a nice clean smell.

Cons:

The smell is very strong because of the acidic chemicals. It gives me headache.
Too thin and most liquid seaps out. The liquid should have been more viscous.
