Pros:

Incredibly Easy to Set Up. Great value, easy to set up, full monitoring available.
Pretty much everything can be controlled and monitored by your phone app and there is customization you can do.

Cons:

Doorbell not functional in cold weather. the video feed from camera does not work anymore smoothly.
My motion sensor was not detecting motion. Poor response handling a defective item out of box.
